Don’t forget to call your Senator to support SB 1497 (Menjivar), which is being heard in Senate Environmental Quality Committee tomorrow, 4/17! This bill would require fossil fuel companies to pay for the damages their products have and will cause to residents of the state. This is a critical attempt at loss and damages funding on the state level.
