Regina Q. Banks

Director

Regina Q. Banks, JD joined the Lutheran Office of Public Policy – California as director on January 2, 2019. Banks has served as Policy and Legislative Director for both statewide memberships organizations and within the California Assembly. Her skills and relationships will support LOPP-CA’s expansion goals.

Ms. Banks is a proud alumna of Valparaiso University School of Law, where she was a Jurist Scholar, and Lincoln University of MO.  She states, “I look forward to the marriage of my analytical and advocacy skills with my deep and abiding faith. I admire the work of the LOPP-CA and will work diligently on their behalf for policies that strengthen people and families and honor the majesty of God’s creation.”

Courtney Hall

Courtney Hall began working with LOPP-CA as an ELCA Hunger Advocacy Fellow in October 2024. We, at LOPP-CA are excited to have Courtney on our team!

Miss Hall is a recent graduate from Clemson University where she studied History, Political Science, and Religious Studies. She is most passionate about being a faithful advocate in the communities she loves, saying, “I am excited to work with LOPP-CA, the ELCA, and the interfaith advocacy community as we work for justice in all its forms.”
