We would love to walk alongside you.
Through leading workshops and Advocacy 101 trainings, offering resources and individualized consultations, leading adult education hours and temple talks, LOPP-CA assists ELCA members in California to strengthen their ability to advocate for just policies that reflect our values. We are not partisan but support and counter policies based on our values as a church.
If you are interested in scheduling an advocacy training or have a project you are working on that interfaces with policy, let us know! Our Legislative Coordinator, Savannah Jorgensen, would be happy to assist you with your policy engagement and goals.
Upcoming events:
- Vote Your Conscience: A Review of the March 5th California Ballot Proposition from a Faith Perspective – Sunday, February 11th, 10:15-11:15am, St. John’s Lutheran Church Sacramento and on Zoom
